如果你經(jīng)常注意菜單上的英文,也許你就會(huì)看到那種把夫妻肺片翻譯成丈夫和妻子的肺切片的譯法。這樣的東西老外看了肯定是不敢吃的。為了迎接奧運(yùn),北京市人民政府外事辦公室和北京市旅游局聯(lián)合推出了北京市菜單英文譯法的討論稿,以后會(huì)逐步向全國(guó)推廣,我們來(lái)看看這次的官方翻譯吧。《中文菜名英文譯法》討論稿正式由北京市旅游局對(duì)外公布,此稿初步確定了2753條菜單及酒水的英文譯法,共分為中餐、西餐、中國(guó)酒、洋酒、飲料等五大類。
